Who We Are
McIntosh Box & Pallet has been supporting manufacturers and supply chains since 1961. What began as a small box company in East Syracuse, New York has grown into a multi-facility operation serving customers across the United States and Canada. Today the company employs more than 300 people and operates over 450,000 square feet of manufacturing space across more than 50 acres, providing pallets, lumber products, and related services that help customers move goods efficiently and reliably.
The company’s growth has been driven by a focus on long-term relationships with customers, employees, and suppliers, paired with a culture grounded in action, accountability, continuous learning, and integrity. Through strategic acquisitions, facility expansions, and a commitment to operational excellence, McIntosh continues to expand its footprint while staying rooted in the values that have guided the business for more than six decades.
