McIntosh Box Internal Integration End User License Agreement
Effective Date: August 18, 2026
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of internal software integrations and related tools operated by McIntosh Box & Pallet Company, Inc. (“McIntosh Box,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) that provide authorized access to company business systems, including QuickBooks Online.
By accessing or using the integration, you agree to this Agreement.
1. Purpose
The integration is an internal business tool designed to help authorized McIntosh Box personnel retrieve, summarize, and analyze information from approved company systems.
The integration is not offered for public resale or general consumer use.
2. Authorized Users
Use is limited to authorized McIntosh Box employees, contractors, and other persons expressly approved by McIntosh Box.
Users may access the integration only for legitimate company business purposes and in accordance with applicable company policies.
3. QuickBooks Online Access
When authorized by a McIntosh Box administrator, the integration may access information from the company’s QuickBooks Online account through Intuit’s authorized APIs.
Information accessed may include:
- company information;
- customers and vendors;
- invoices and bills;
- accounts and balances;
- payment and transaction information; and
- other accounting information available through the QuickBooks Online Accounting API.
4. Read-Only Operation
The QuickBooks Online integration is designed to operate on a read-only basis.
It may retrieve and summarize accounting information but does not create, edit, modify, or delete accounting records in QuickBooks Online.
5. Data Use
QuickBooks information is accessed solely for authorized internal McIntosh Box business purposes.
The integration does not sell QuickBooks information, use it for advertising, or use it for unrelated commercial purposes.
6. Data Storage
The integration does not maintain a separate permanent copy of QuickBooks Online accounting records.
Information is queried on demand and used to provide requested results or summaries to authorized users.
Only technical connection information necessary to maintain authorized access, such as the QuickBooks company identifier and OAuth credentials, may be retained.
7. Data Security
McIntosh Box will use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information accessed through the integration.
Authentication credentials, access tokens, refresh tokens, and other security information must not be disclosed to unauthorized persons.
8. Access and Disconnection
QuickBooks Online access is established through Intuit’s authorization process.
An authorized administrator may revoke or disconnect the integration at any time. After disconnection, the integration will no longer retrieve new information from the disconnected QuickBooks Online company.
9. User Responsibilities
Users must not:
- access information they are not authorized to view;
- disclose confidential company information to unauthorized persons;
- circumvent application security controls;
- share authentication credentials or access tokens; or
- use the integration for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
10. No Accounting or Professional Advice
The integration may retrieve, summarize, or analyze accounting and business information.
Its output is provided as an internal business aid and is not a substitute for accounting, tax, legal, or other professional advice.
Users are responsible for verifying information before making material business or financial decisions.
11. Availability and Changes
McIntosh Box may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the integration or any feature at any time.
Availability may depend on third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks Online.
12. Intellectual Property
The integration and its associated software, configurations, documentation, and internal processes are owned by or licensed to McIntosh Box.
QuickBooks, Intuit, and related trademarks are the property of Intuit Inc.
13. Termination
McIntosh Box may terminate or restrict a user’s access at any time, including upon termination of employment, changes in job responsibilities, violation of this Agreement, or security concerns.
14. Privacy
Use of the integration is also subject to the McIntosh Box Privacy Policy:
