The process: 1) Requirements intake (load, environment, handling, stacking); 2) PDS simulation to verify capacity and deflection; 3) CAD blueprints for approval; 4) Production to spec; 5) Quality checks. This workflow reduces overbuilding, lowers material costs, and improves safety in real‑world handling.

Yes. We build export-grade solutions compliant with ISPM‑15 (heat-treated, appropriately marked) and deliver MIL‑SPEC crate configurations when required. For sector-specific needs (e.g., agriculture, power transmission, precision metal parts), we incorporate protective inserts, vibration‑dampening options, moisture management, and handling instructions into the design.
